Withdrawal right and period

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the Immovaro usage contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is formed. Sending an unambiguous withdrawal declaration before the period expires is sufficient. This contractually granted right applies independently of any additional statutory right in an individual case; more extensive statutory rights and periods remain unaffected.

How to withdraw

Send an unambiguous declaration to Denis Panic, Fuchshofstr. 45, 71638 Ludwigsburg, Germany, or by email to kontakt@immovaro.de. You may also use the electronic “Withdraw from contract” function on this page or the downloadable template. Using the template is not compulsory. For an electronic declaration, provide your name, information identifying the usage contract and an email address for acknowledgement. After reviewing the details, submit with “Confirm withdrawal”. Receipt is acknowledged with the date, time and content of your declaration.

Consequences of withdrawal

An effective withdrawal ends the identified usage contract. Any payments received under that contract are refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the declaration, using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed; no fee is charged for the refund. Immovaro does not demand compensation for use during the withdrawal period. Lawfully stored content and personal data are handled under applicable return, erasure and retention duties. Verification of the contract identity protects another person’s account against deletion based on an unauthorised declaration.

Consent and account erasure

You may switch off voluntary usage analysis in privacy settings at any time, independently of the usage contract. Contact the operator to request termination or account erasure. Contract withdrawal, withdrawal of consent and account erasure are different requests; exercising one right does not restrict the others.
